Two weeks and another French trip

Well come on the 6^th August of to France again with Richard Turner, who has been exclusively testing our latest bait The Mare, with great success,this will not be added to the range until 2011 as we have promised Richard exclusivity until then but when it comes out guys get on it.

Any how I had my first blank in over 12 months at the Fendrod in Swansea some of it due to the exceptional weather on the 15^th & 16^th of July but more so I had my tactics all wrong!! Dan only had the one fishing on a chod rig with the G nut. First fish on a new lake

First time on a new lake so we just arrived set up and scattered around 30 baits at about 80yard and 7hours late the ever faithful Le Crunch produced the goods with a 20lb 40z common.
Hopefully the first of many to come later in the year.

Another sesion for brian and dan lead to over 40 fish between 8 Lb to 20 Lb, in very hot weather all caught on the celtic bait G-Nut

another 36 hr session

Fished our local water for 36 hrs first 24 very busy then just stopped, a total of 14 fish with dan having a 22 lb cat fish. bait going well. www.celticbait.com

Well we fished a syndicate water near Didcot on Friday and Saturday night after an invite, yet again it went well with four fish banked from 13 Lb 8 oz to 20 lb 4 oz these fish fell to the beast feast & G-nut, and the locals seamed suitably impressed with them enquiring about www.celticbait.com

Well France has been and gone but what a weeks fishing.

Celtic Bait done the business, with over 100 fish well 101 to be precise best being 
36 Ib 8 oz

well I don't now where to start so here goes,

25 carp over 30 pounds

66 fish between 20 and 30 pond

10 fish up to 20 pound

total weight 2648 Ibs thats 1203kgs

Carping 30/01/2010

Well our first fishing trip for what seams like ever!
We fished our local water Celtic lake for a 24 hr session that ended up shorter due to the weather.
Dan had 14 carp to 13lb something and I had one little one but it was cold -5 and the lake froze over about 1am but it was a good start for 2010 Dan using his bait the heat, just goes to show how good it is, Cant wait until April when we fish in France for a week.
